Colombo/Lahore:The Sri Lanka cricket board has given some hope regarding Sri lanka's tour of Pakistan.The board has confirmed that it has recieved an invitation letter from the Pakistan Cricket Board.A spokes of SLCB said that the final decision regarding the tour would be made in a meeting of the board.

The Sri Lankan President after meeting with Mamnoon Hussein ,Pakistan's President said that the I slanders should visit Pakistan as Pakistan toured Sri Lanka several times during the civil war with the Tamils.
The proposed series will consist of 2 ODIs and a T20,all of these fixtures will be held in the The Gaddafi's Stadium,Lahore and are scheduled to be played somewhere between December 2014 and July 2015.
It should be kept in mind that no time has toured Pakistan since the attack on Sri Lankan team in March 2009.
