Children would be giving Parents money on regular basis:Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan
Lahore: Chief Justice of Pakistan Tasaduq Hussain Gilani chaired a meeting of Law and Justice Commission in which many things were discussed and many laws were amended. There was amendment made in Section 46 and now police would not adopt any method to arrest criminals in which the criminal has danger of getting serious wounds or a danger of criminal arrest ending up in death of the criminal. Section 54 of forces is also amended and now at the time of arrest, the police has to tell the person what is charge on him and why he is being arrested. Muslim family ordinance of 1961 section 9 and 9 A is also being amended and the Parents who can't live on their own has given right to demand money from their children and if the children are not giving them, they can appeal in court legally!. The wife who is given divorce and children, the money which is being given to them should be increased on yearly basis. The 1855 fatal accident law is also amended and it is stated that the relatives of victim would be given the compensation money immediately and the case they file can only last for maximum 6 months.
