PTI criticises Nawaz for 'wooing' Modi

Islamabad:The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has criticised the Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef for constantly approachin his new Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.

Speaking to media on Thursday ,Shrieen Mazari said instead of focusing on deteriorating law and order situation in Pakistan,Nawaz has been writing letters and sending gifts to Modi and his family.

"He is continuing to woo hardliner Indian PM-the letter being a letter committing himself to furthering better relations with India",she said.

Unfortunately, Mazari continued ,Nawaz seems  oblivious to the fact that the Modi government has shown on positive response to his attempts.

She further added that it is evident that the PM's sole focus is on furthering his business interests, pointing the news of a possible joint venture between an Indian businessman and the Shareef family.

"That was painfully disappointing when he took his businessman son with him to India and met with a range of business tycoons and media houses but found no time to meet the kashmiri huriyat leaders",she stated.

Mazari alleged that the Nawaz family has become one of the greatest investors in the UK,saying that he refuses to bring his wealth back to Pakistan.
