Factitious Cannibal Stories Scaring People of Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Islamabad: Islamabad is the Capital of Pakistan and everything starts from the capital. Parliment, Supreme court, PM and President houses, every major thing is situated there. So in this case, it should be getting more protection and more vigilant security check. But there were many loop holes seen in the security in past as many terrorist activities became successful and targeting the Capital was not a real tough work proved for them.
Previously, it was taaliban who frightened the residents of capital city but right now, it is something more dangerous. Factitious Cannibal are spotted in the capital Islamabad and its adjoining city Rawalpindi. This has literally scared the people of capital. According to reports, the factitious cannibals move around different streets at night and get their targets in the traps thus carrying people with them and feeding on them.
According to some news, the arresting of some of these factitious cannibals are reported but when the police was contacted regarding this matter, they disapproved all the reports.
